Dr. Alyce Horstman is a dedicated and experienced Developmental and Behavioural, and General paediatrician with a profound passion for children's total health and well-being. With an extensive background in both general paediatrics and community and child health paediatrics, Dr. Alyce has committed her career to providing exceptional care to children and their families. As a Gippsland local, she is deeply invested in serving her community and ensuring that every child receives the compassionate, expert care they deserve.

Beyond her professional credentials, Dr Alyce brings a personal perspective to her practice. As a mother of a neurodivergent child, she has firsthand experience navigating the challenges and triumphs of raising a child with unique needs. This personal connection deepens her empathy and strengthens her ability to support families with practical, compassionate, and evidence-based guidance. She is particularly passionate about neurodevelopmental and behavioural paediatrics, helping families access the support, resources, and strategies that empower their children to thrive.
